TASK.HELP
Support
TaskAdmin
Task.Help's TaskAdmin is an automated service level agreement (SLA) oriented tool designed to drive a project/task from start to completion. There two phases in TaskAdmin: PHASE I deals with Taskflow-suggest which is a list of tasks a Task-helper plans to do in order to complete a project. PHASE II begins after the Task-owner has approved Taskflow-suggest submitted by Task-helper. The details and time limits for PHASE I and PHASE II are outlined below.
PHASE I: TASKFLOW-SUGGEST
1
48 hours is the time limit allocated for a Task-helper to accept a task.
A task is assigned to a Task-helper. TaskAdmin sends a notification to alert the Task-helper about the task assignment. The Task-helper must consider the following important points before accepting the task:
a) Make sure you are clear on what the requirements are. See task details.
b) Make sure you have the three important skills that the Task-owner listed as required.
c) Make sure you can complete and submit Taskflow-suggest on time.
d) Make sure you can complete and submit the project on time.
TaskAdmin will remind the Task-helper about accepting the assigned task after 24 hours has elapsed.
If the 48 hour time limit has expired, TaskAdmin will reassign the project to another Task-helper.
2
72 hours is the time limit allocated for a Task-helper to complete and submit Taskflow-suggest to a Task-owner.
A task is assigned to a Task-helper and the Task-helper has 72 hours to complete and submit a Taskflow-suggest to the Task-owner. Taskflow-suggest is a list of tasks a Task-helper plans to do in order to complete a project. A Task-helper may not start working on the project until at least one Taskflow-suggest has been made into a task or approved by the Task-owner. A project may have up to a maximum of 100 Taskflow-suggests.
3
TaskAdmin gives a Task-helper the option to request an additional time of 72 hours to complete and submit the Taskflow-suggest.
TaskAdmin gives a Task-helper the option to request more time if needed. An additional time is available in a block of 72 hours. The time limit allocated for time extension is 72 hours. At this point, completing and submitting Taskflow-suggest is considered to be in orange. If the 72 hour time limit expires, TaskAdmin will reassign the project to another Task-helper and the original Task-helper's account will generally be put on inactive status and will no longer be eligible to receive any more new projects.
4
72 hours is the time limit allocated for a Task-owner to make Taskflow-suggest into task or approve Taskflow-suggest.
After Taskflow-suggest has been submitted, TaskAdmin sends the Task-owner a reminder to make Taskflow-suggest into a task or basically give approval. If the time limit expires, TaskAdmin will attempt to automatically make Taskflow-suggest into a task provided that the Task-owner's account has funds.
PHASE II: TASK-HELPER STARTS WORKING ON PROJECT
Task-helper starts working on the project as soon as at least one Taskflow-suggest has been made into task. The amount of time a Task-helper has to complete the project depends on the number of tasks in project. A project may have up to a maximum of 100 tasks in project.
Starter level project size
(2-25 tasks in project)
If the number of tasks in a project is between 2 to 25, the Task-helper will have up to 2 blocks of 72 hours.
If the number of tasks in a project is between 2 to 25, the Task-helper will have up to 2 blocks of 72 hours to complete the project.
Basic level project size
(26-50 tasks in project)
If the number of tasks in a project is between 26 to 50, the Task-helper will have up to 4 blocks of 72 hours.
If the number of tasks in a project is between 26 to 50, the Task-helper will have up to 4 blocks of 72 hours to complete the project.
Business level project size
(51-75 tasks in project)
If the number of tasks in a project is between 51 to 75, the Task-helper will have up to 6 blocks of 72 hours.
If the number of tasks in a project is between 51 to 75, the Task-helper will have up to 6 blocks of 72 hours to complete the project.
Enterprise level project size
(76-100 tasks in project)
If the number of tasks in a project is between 76 to 100, the Task-helper will have up to 8 blocks of 72 hours.
If the number of tasks in a project is between 76 to 100, the Task-helper will have up to 8 blocks of 72 hours to complete the project.
Time extension
TaskAdmin gives a Task-helper the option to request an additional time of 72 hours to complete and submit the project.
TaskAdmin gives a Task-helper the option to request more time if needed. An additional time is available in a block of 72 hours. The time limit allocated for time extension is 72 hours. At this point, completing and submitting the project is considered to be in orange. If the 72 hour time extension expires, TaskAdmin will reassign the project to another Task-helper and the original Task-helper's account will generally be put on inactive status and will no longer be eligible to receive any more new projects.
Project approval
72 hours is the time limit allocated for a Task-owner to approve a project.
After a project has been completed and submitted, TaskAdmin sends the Task-owner a reminder to approve the project. If the 72 hour time limit expires, TaskAdmin will attempt to automatically approve the project.
